the hotel staff demonstrated superb friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay. the pool area features a convenient food truck, offering diverse options throughout the day. i appreciated the plentiful breakfast, including gluten-free bread upon request. i found the short walk to the beach along a lovely boardwalk especially pleasant.
the hotel gym was not adequately maintained, showing signs of dirtiness. i noticed there was no water available, alongside a lack of equipment for cleaning and sanitizing. i consider these aspects crucial for a comfortable workout environment.

the rooms were spacious. i found the size quite adequate for a premium double or twin room. housekeeping came daily (which i appreciated) and the room was always left super clean. i found the technology, like the housekeeping feature on the door, convenient. the pool area had a great atmosphere.
the lack of free parking was a bit inconvenient.

gale beach is within walking distance from the hotel. its proximity is super convenient at about 3 minutes on foot. some nice restaurants are also nearby. you have multiple options to choose from.

the breakfast provided was quite comprehensive with plenty of options, which i found acceptable.
The room i booked, a superior double or twin room pool view, didn't quite meet expectations.. the view was partially obstructed. also, the gym was not well kept. Some equipment was broken, and it lacked basic cleaning supplies. finally, the pool bar service was often slow. Sometimes, it took a while to get a drink or snack.

the hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. it was a premium double room and it was excellent. the pool area had a dj providing music at the pool bar. reception service was also very good.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of items and tasted fresh. the pool was also a good size and had a shallow area perfect for kids (my little one loved it!).
